- Manage daily operations of social media groups (Telegram, Discord, Reddit, Twitter, etc.), including technical support, staff duties, quality checks, and Q&A.
- Prepare reporting materials for project updates.
- Monitor and track the product development schedule to ensure task completion.

- Administer of accounts payable and receivable management
- Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment.
- Reconcile daily cash receipt from customers and staff and ensure a proper and timely record
