Senior Manager,

Communications and

Marketing

We are currently incubating a FinTech project with the mission of enabling digital asset traders to mimic and automatically follow proven trading positions of qualified and vetted traders.

 

Overview

We are looking for a strategic communications leader to grow user acquisition and build the product brand among key audiences. This person is responsible for developing key success metrics, executing the Company’s go-to-market and product messaging and leading the efforts related to corporate branding and media strategy. You will leverage your communication, creative, and marketing skills in order to achieve qualitative and quantitative organizational goals. You will serve as a trusted adviser and growth hacker throughout the organization.

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement an efficient acquisition marketing and product marketing strategy for the Company’s products

  • Lead the production of compelling content, creatives, and videos for a range of mediums including earned, owned, paid and shared media

  • Establish short and long term strategies for growing awareness and accelerating adoption of the Company’s products

  • Leverage cross-functional teams to develop roadmaps, define MVPs, develop positioning, define value propositions, establish KPIs and improve performance for the go-to-market plans

  • Work with key internal stakeholders and external vendors to execute media campaigns that support business objectives

Qualifications

  • Solid experiences in Product Marketing and/or Growth Marketing that have successfully launched products within both a B2B & B2C context

  • Exceptional working knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, including: television, email marketing, SEO & SEM, and social platforms

  • A portfolio of commercial work demonstrating an exceptional design and excellent storytelling skills for client-oriented projects

  • Existing relationships with technology and business media

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple ambiguous deadlines and projects in a fast-moving environment

  • A passion for digital assets

Operations Department

Operations Executive 

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the company’s administrative and operational procedures

  • Handle the operation of the payments transaction, including but not limited to the provision of services and operational support

  • Manage business correspondences and liaise with internal and external parties 

  • Provide a full spectrum of high quality secretarial and personal assistances to senior management

  • Support the team in preparing project materials such as proposals, decks and other assigned tasks

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in Accounting or relevant discipline from a reputable university

  • Able to work under pressure and tight timelines

  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese

  • Good team player with strong interpersonal skills

  • 1-2 years' relevant experience
