Investment banker turned private equity investor, Kelvin is the Chairman of AID Group and key stakeholder of multiple listed companies /funds in Asia. He was a Board Member in Shunwei Capital (US$3B AUM) and Part-time lecturer of Waseda University. Prior to founding AID Partners, he was the Former CEO of Golden Harvest & Legendary East, former Asia President of Investec and former Managing Director of China Everbright Capital Ltd and senior executive in multiple investment banks. Kelvin holds a M.A in Osaka University and a B.B.A in CUHK.
Investment banker turned crypto rainmaker, Jerome has contemplated deals across stages and sectors in Asia. Prior to cofounding Everest, Jerome was the Principal of T-Capital and worked in the Investment Banking Division of HSBC and UBS. In addition, Jerome advises his family’s real estate and art business in Greater China. Jerome holds a B.A. in International Politics and minor in Psychology in Peking University.

Prior to joining Everest, Sean was the Project Lead in Gifto, a renowned entertainment d-app that raised $25m and traded in all major exchanges. He also led the user acquisition of Asia Innovations Group (UpLive, Super Fans, PengPeng, Orcalive) as Marketing Lead and grew the total MAUs to over 100 million across Asia. Sean is a Taiwanese and holds a B.A. in International Politics and Economy in Peking University.

Holly is the expert of payment system, scalability and high concurrency architecture design. He was a Senior Architecture at Yeahmobi with 3+ years of experience in blockchain. Prior to that, he was the Senior Developer at Alipay and Alibaba, where he led the development of payment settlement and security architecture. Holly holds a M.S. degree in Chinese Academy of Science.

Ruby led the Product Strategy in Guru Online, Focus Media backed agency in China with 300 social media specialists. She was also an Associate Director of Glo Media, representing New York Times in China, as well as the APAC Corporate Marketing Manager of Equinix (Nasdaq: EQIX). In her early career, Ruby was a senior specialist in a prestigious PR firm in HK, where she managed the PR for multiple renowned politicians, families and tycoons in HK. Ruby holds a BA, Communications, CityU HK.

Prior to joining Everest, YangHe was the Chief of Staff of cross-border venture studio Hype Asia and the VP of Corporate Development of Restaurant Brands International. Before that he was a venture capitalist in SIG and Centerboard Group as well as an investment banker in China Renaissance and Moelis & Company . YangHe holds a BBA, Finance and Accounting, in York University.

Ethan is a quantitative finance veteran. He was the VP of Principal Trading at Block.one, the team that built the leading cryptocurrency EOS (US$3.5B market cap). He was also a Portfolio Manager at OP Investment, Macquarie Bank, and Credit Suisse, where he was responsible for automated trading system development and high frequency trading strategies. Ethan graduated with First Class Honours in Computer Science in The University of Hong Kong.

Prior to joining Everest, Shota was the former Vice President of AID Group. He was an Investment Banker of Goldman Sachs Japan, Goldman Sachs HK, and former Manager of MUFG. In addition, Shota co-founded a sake business. Shota holds a BSc, Political Science & Economics in Waseda University.

Venture veteran turned crypto enthusiast, Allen has participated in the making of over a dozen renowned TMT unicorns, start-ups and blockchain projects across the globe since 2012.
As a VC, he has invested $100m across frontier technologies, ranging from autonomous driving, health-tech, fin-tech to blockchain. As an operator, he has co-founded, scaled, spun-off, merged, sold multiple award-winning companies. As an advisor, he has helped multiple start-ups to secure investment, M&A and partnership. Allen holds a B.B.A in CUHK.
