Venture veteran turned AI & blockchain enthusiast, Allen has participated in the making of over a dozen renowned TMT unicorns, start-ups and blockchain projects across the globe since 2012. As a VC, he has invested $100m across frontier technologies, ranging from autonomous driving, health-tech, fin-tech to blockchain. As an operator, he has co-founded, scaled, spun-off, merged, sold multiple award-winning companies. As an advisor, he has helped multiple start-ups to secure investment, M&A and partnership. Joyce is a corporate lawyer turned Web3 operator. Prior to joining Everest Global, Joyce worked on multiple headline IPOs and capital markets transactions at Linklaters and managed the first SPAC listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Joyce holds a BSc in Government from London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Hong Kong.

Holly is the expert of payment system, scalability and high concurrency architecture design. He was a Senior Architecture at Yeahmobi with 3+ years of experience in blockchain. Prior to that, he was the Senior Developer at Alipay and Alibaba, where he led the development of payment settlement and security architecture. Holly holds a M.S. degree in Chinese Academy of Science.

Sunny is a product and operations expert. Prior to joining Everest Global, he was the Operation Lead at multiple startups, where he managed all end-to-end operations. He is now managing product and operations for the group, overseeing both middle and back office. Sunny has a B.Sc. in Biology in the Chinese University of Hong Kong.

Elliot has over 10 years' experience in the financial technology industry. Prior to joining Everest Global, Elliot was most recently Head of Asia Pacific and Asia Pacific Head of Client Coverage at Dealogic. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and holds both Law and Finance degrees from the University of Canterbury in New Zealand.

Ruby led the Product Strategy in Guru Online, Focus Media backed agency in China with 300 social media specialists. She was also an Associate Director of Glo Media, representing New York Times in China, as well as the APAC Corporate Marketing Manager of Equinix (Nasdaq: EQIX). In her early career, Ruby was a senior specialist in a prestigious PR firm in HK, where she managed the PR for multiple renowned politicians, families and tycoons in HK. Ruby holds a BA, Communications, CityU HK.

Ethan is the founder of the largest Blockchain DAO in Taiwan. He is also the Chief technical analyst of Everest Global, leading its research of the latest technology. Ethan holds a MS in Physics in National Tsing Hua University of Taiwan.

Lawton is the ex-founder recruiter with over a decade experience in scaling high growth teams across Asia. Founded and built 1M ARR recruit-tech startup expanding into Southeast Asia.
