Real work.
Broad context.
Close collaboration.

Learn alongside people who build.

Fellows will contribute to active projects while learning how products, teams, and decisions come together across Everest Global.

Work on real projects. Contribute from the start.
Take part in work connected to live products, research, operations, and company priorities—not a separate classroom exercise.
Learn across teams. See more than one discipline.
Explore different functions based on your interests, strengths, and the work underway across the group.
Build with context. Understand the “why.”
Learn how a problem is framed, what trade-offs matter, and how teams move from an idea to a decision and an outcome.
Develop through feedback. Grow through the work.
Receive regular guidance from EVG team members and reflect on what you are learning as the fellowship progresses.

Different teams.
Connected experiences.

The process is designed to understand how you think, what you care about, and where the fellowship may be most useful for your development.

  1. Tell us about yourself
  2. Meet the team
  3. Think through something together
  4. Shape the journey

You do not need a particular degree, a previous start-up role, or a formal technology internship to apply. Show us what you have explored, made, improved, or learned.

We welcome universities, educators, and communities to share the fellowship with students who may benefit from an interdisciplinary building experience.

Frequently Asked Questions.

  1. Who is eligible to apply?

The fellowship is open to students currently enrolled in university, from Year 1 through PhD. We welcome applicants from a wide range of academic disciplines.
  2. Do I need a technical background?

No. Some fellowship projects may be technical, while others may involve research, product, strategy, operations, growth, or communications. We are interested in your strengths and how you learn.
  3. How will rotations be chosen?

Rotations will be shaped by each fellow’s interests and strengths, together with the projects and learning opportunities available across EVG teams.
  4. What are the dates, format, and practical arrangements?

Program timing, working format, and other practical details will be discussed with shortlisted applicants so expectations are clear before any commitment is made.
  5. Could the fellowship lead to a future role at EVG?

The fellowship is first and foremost a learning and contribution experience. Where there is mutual fit and an appropriate opportunity, conversations about future collaboration may follow, but no outcome is guaranteed.
  6. What should I include in my application?

Tell us what you are curious about and share one example of something you made, studied, organised, improved, or pursued deeply. A simple, specific example is more useful than a polished list of achievements.
