Venture veteran turned crypto enthusiast, Allen has participated in the making of over a dozen renowned TMT unicorns, start-ups and blockchain projects across the globe since 2012. As a VC, he has invested $100m across frontier technologies, ranging from autonomous driving, health-tech, fin-tech to blockchain. As an operator, he has co-founded, scaled, spun-off, merged, sold multiple award-winning companies. As an advisor, he has helped multiple start-ups to secure investment, M&A and partnership. Allen holds a B.B.A in CUHK.

Jerome Wong

Investment banker turned crypto rainmaker, Jerome has contemplated deals across stages and sectors in Asia. Prior to cofounding Everest Ventures Group, Jerome was the Principal of T-Capital and worked in the Investment Banking Division of HSBC and UBS. In addition, Jerome advises his family’s real estate and art business in Greater China. Jerome holds a B.A. in International Politics and minor in Psychology in Peking University.

Ruby Cheng

Ruby led the Product Strategy in Guru Online, Focus Media backed agency in China with 300 social media specialists. She was also an Associate Director of Glo Media, representing New York Times in China, as well as the APAC Corporate Marketing Manager of Equinix (Nasdaq: EQIX). In her early career, Ruby was a senior specialist in a prestigious PR firm in HK, where she managed the PR for multiple renowned politicians, families and tycoons in HK. Ruby holds a BA, Communications, CityU HK.

Joyce Yim

Joyce is a corporate lawyer turned Web3 operator. Prior to joining EVG, Joyce worked on multiple headline IPOs and capital markets transactions at Linklaters and managed the first SPAC listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Joyce holds a BSc in Government from London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Hong Kong.

Holly Hao

Holly is the expert of payment system, scalability and high concurrency architecture design. He was a Senior Architecture at Yeahmobi with 3+ years of experience in blockchain. Prior to that, he was the Senior Developer at Alipay and Alibaba, where he led the development of payment settlement and security architecture. Holly holds a M.S. degree in Chinese Academy of Science.

Gemma Lo

Gemma is a marketing and communications executive with over 9 years of experience developing impactful PR, marketing and public affairs campaigns. She leads communication and marketing strategies to strengthen group’s brand awareness and foster projects’ growth. Previously, Gemma was at agency side spearheaded strategies to increase brand awareness. She holds a a bachelor's degree in Politics with Economics from University of Bath.

Elliot Andrews

Elliot has over 10 years' expereince in the financial technology industry. Prior to joining Everest Ventures Group, Elliot was most recently Head of Asia Pacific and Asia Pacific Head of Client Coverage at Dealogic. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and holds both Law and FInance degress from the University of Canterbury in New Zealand.

Sean Tao

Prior to joining Everest Ventures Group, Sean was the Project Lead in Gifto, a renowned entertainment d-app that raised $25m and traded in all major exchanges. He also led the user acquisition of Asia Innovations Group (UpLive, Super Fans, PengPeng, Orcalive) as Marketing Lead and grew the total MAUs to over 100 million across Asia. Sean is a Taiwanese and holds a B.A. in International Politics and Economy in Peking University.

Andy Lee

Andy is a strategist and builder of products also a big gamer. He was the Director of Lightspeed & Quantum Studio in Tencent and led the production of 6 games for Tencent, generate multi-million dollar revenue with over 20m+ MAU. He was also the Director of Pan Asia Strategies in WeLab that drives WeLab Group's overall strategy, in both B2C and B2B. Andy holds a B.S in Economics and Statistics in Carnegie Mellon University in Pennsylvania.
